Flower cupcakes

These flower cupcakes are designed with mini-marshmallows. The marshmallows are cut diagonally and then dipped in colored sugar. They are chocolate cupcakes covered in a thin layer of buttercream. Then the marshmallows are carefully placed onto the cupcakes. Different color dragees are placed in the center of each flower cupcake.
