Graduation time!



Congratulations to all of the graduates out there! For all the hard work you've done you deserve something sweet. This graduation treat was made to honor a student who just graduated from Nursing School at HPU. The base of the cap is a french vanilla cupcake covered in buttercream and then wrapped in blue fondant. The top of the cap is a sugar cookie covered in buttercream and then wrapped in blue fondant as well. The yellow tassel is molded out of fondant and secured with royal icing. Absolutely everything is edible. I hope the guest of honor has a nice party!
